Hmmm. Dilemma. EXCELLENT coffee. Kind staff. (Is it John or Issac? The proprietor with Asian features... Does he ever have a bad day? Dude is joyful as hell.) Scrumptious pastry. (I would tell you my gluten-free fav but then you'd come eat it and maybe there won't be enough left for me and I cannot have that kind of competition.) They even have merch that's cute and hard to resist. My problem is the seating! I have no trouble sharing tables - you have to because they are huge and you couldn't be greedy even if you wanted to because someone is going to join you - but I often go to coffee shops to write, and this one is the hardest to work in, for me. Maybe it's simply a good business model to have stools instead of chairs so people like me don't get comfortable. So yes, I won't stop going but I do take out most of the time. Lines can be long but in that case they have two cashiers going. The wait is worth it.
