Backpacker Pizza 🍕

This is the BEST pizza and the BEST gluten free crust I have ever had!!

We needed Gluten Free for some in our group and Backpacker Pizza did not disappoint! They have 3 more families as fans! Everything we got was delicious and gobbled up. Our group was so grateful for the delicious GF options. The braised lamb pasta was full of meat and had great texture and taste. The pizzas were all beautiful, fresh, and tasty. Nice to know they have vegan cheese as well. But the dessert by Sugar and Spiess took the cake so to speak! Wow! Still cannot believe it was Vegan. Lots of beverages with lots on tap! The lemonade is not your regular lemonade so kids may not appreciate it, but adults sure do! They were so kind to make sure we were happy. Thank you! The service was on point even though they were slammed due to a busy downtown First Friday. It was a 45min wait! Parking is ample, but when it's busy, it's luck of the draw. They have patio and indoor seating. Clean restrooms. Prices are a little higher, but they seem to use quality ingredients. The pizza is a good size for 2-3 depending on appetite. We also liked the fact that they gave a military discount. Highly recommend!
