So I have tried a lot of barbecue and I think this is definitely up there in my top 5. The meat is tender and specifically the chicken and ribs fall right off the bone. My wife and I are renewing our vows next year and I think they may have our business for our event. Anna was particularly helpful and accommodating for us to try a little of everything. Also they do their creamed corned without flour which is an extra bonus as my wife is gluten free. All in all a good experience! Update for 4/23/23 My wife and I had a vow renewal ceremony and we had Backwoods provide the food. It was delivered in time as promised and everything was hot (or cold) and delicious! We got to share this incredible food with friends and family and everyone really loved it! Just as good as the first time. Thank you so much!
