Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

My wife and I are regulars here, we come at least bi-weekly, if not weekly on the weekend. Today we decided to come on a weekday since she was craving a burger. We will never do that again. The food, and service was by far the worst we've ever experienced here. Starting with the service, our waiter was kind at first when initially taking our orders. But he basically never came back. Until our food was here.. Which also took over 30 minutes on a non-busy night. I also ordered a drink as soon as we arrived with the waiter, but had to get up and go to the bar just to ask for it 20 minutes later, assuming it was never actually put in (even though I was ID'd) because the bartender was just on her phone, so it clearly wasn't behind due to being busy. Instead of just making it for me, she told me she'd let my waiter know, so I had to wait another 10 minutes, which by that time our food was coming out... In which I then had to ask the waiter to check on it, even though the bartender was still on her phone,in which he replied "I'm working on it".. Stike one. As for the food, I ordered wings and fries for my dinner tonight, and my wife ordered the classic smash burger with a gluten free bun and a side ceaser. Firstly, when the food came out, the wings were practically untossed. They had next to no sauce on them, and it was clearly all pooled up at the bottom of the bowl. They also came out fairly luke warm if not "cold" (likely because they weren't tossed). Secondly, my wifes order came out with an entirely wrong burger, the only thing correct was it... was a burger. That's fine it happens. She sends it back with her salad while I eat alone so my wings don't turn to ice, given how un-hot they already were. Strike 2. 10 minutes later when I'm done with my food, hers correct order comes back to the table. She loved the burger, but they brought back the exact same salad... which had been obviously sitting out in a hot kitchen and it the lettuce was extremely warm. At this point I'm fed up, and I ask what I never ask, and request the waiter to kindly take the side salad off the check. When he brings it back, it was just a dollar reduction.. An actual slap in the face for all the highly below expected service/food (and frankly way below average) from this place, which we usually love. Stike 3. I will not be returning on any day but Friday/Saturday from now on, if that.

Great service and food. My husband got a burger and it looked delicious, it had a whole mozzarella stick on it. I got the wings and parmesan fries (which are enough for like 4 people). The wings were good, but the fries were amazing. I did see they have a gluten free bun so we will have to try that out and update this review!!

We got this to go and it was so delicious. Burgers, Fries, and especially a gluten free bun still fresh taking it home is a true testament to a great restaurant. This Realtor will be singing Bad Daddy's praises to all her clients!
