We tried this places when it opened, and stopped because of bad service experiences (long delays, incorrect orders, apathy to customers). Tried it again, ordering pickup from their site recently. The site didn't list items being out of stock and they did not reach out to update of this issue. Showed up and they had comped $1 for missing gluten free options, which was one of the main reasons we ordered from them. It's a shame they don't understand customer service and how to proactively work with customers when they fail inventory management. If you can't find supply of things on your menu, update the order site or reach out to the customer. Disappointing and the last chance we'll give them to get basic customer service right. The bar is low, and they still miss it.
