Paradise for celiacs! The place is beautiful, I found it very romantic. The waiters and all the staff are super friendly, we haven't felt so pampered in a long time. Spectacular food. I loved all the dishes, the problem is that you can't eat them all at once. They have gluten-free bread and beer, and they adapt almost all the dishes to celiacs. It is one of the few places where as a celiac I truly relax. Another important fact is that the tasting menus can be adapted to people with celiac disease, so you can choose the one you want without any problem. And the desserts: delicious and gluten-free, even gluten-free cookies. We fell in love with everything and we come back whenever we can!

As I always say, I am celiac, for us eating safely is a priority and often a problem. The Olive takes great care of all these details, there were only three or four dishes on their menu that they couldn't adapt, so imagine how incredible that is for me. They know what they are talking about when it comes to cross contamination. They have gluten-free bread. The incredible attention, the even more incredible menu, a Russian salad to prove how delicious it is. I encourage everyone to try Olive's cuisine, it will not leave you indifferent. I will return for sure
