Here's the thing... I have lived here almost two years without knowing they have gluten free bagels & bread! My FIL wanted to try something different, so I called. We have eaten here twice & I have not had any CC symptoms. The GF bagel is fantastic. (I haven't tried the bread yet.) They use Boars Head for sandwiches, so I will have to try it sometime soon.
