The bagels are awesome, really good and a big thumbs up. The gluten free bagel is fabulous as well. They forgot our online order at first (so we waited about 25 minutes), but they made it up with a free coffee/tea. Service was good, but it was pretty jammed and busy. Definitely a place where we'll order again.
