So good lattes/ gluten free option/ amazing staff

Went for lunch this weekend.... what a special and strange experience. After asking some questions about the chosen bagel whether anything could be changed, it was quiet for a while after asking... after double checking it was possible and we ordered the two bagels and drinks. After a while the lady comes back with the message that there is no smoked chicken... that can happen and no problem, so I ask is there another option with chicken? ......we have ham and fish for the answer! Very nice, but I ask for chicken (the bagel and beans also charge extra for this plus a gluten-free bagel costs extra) again, no problem so we opt for a vegetarian chicken version.... for both bagels it was heavy, the bagel was tough, the veggie pieces (not chicken) are tough.... I left half of it and my partner ate part of it but was not very enthusiastic either. When paying, I was asked if everything was as desired (which I think is smarter just after serving) and my answer was no, actually not, the bagel was tough and the vegetarian chicken was not tasty either..... The only response was oh..... yes..... too bad...... The total bill was then paid and I see that in addition to the extra charge for a gluten-free bagel, 2x extra is also charged for smoked chicken, which is therefore more expensive and what you get is not expensive..... paying extra for good service or good Quality is not a problem, but it is if your staff is not interested or offers a glass of water if necessary, no, instead the lady who was already not interested will gossip and discuss what I am saying with her back to me. Besides the fact that it is a mature environment with professional people and guests, I find the above very inappropriate and also the service and quality below standard. It's a shame and I therefore certainly do not recommend this location for a nice lunch.
