They have gluten free bagels and staff are very knowledgeable although it might depend who is on duty. I asked for the allergen menu which is quite detailed, breaking down all the ingredients with their allergens. Went with the safest option which was a plain bagel with cheese cream. When asked for the omelette bagel they advised against it due to contamination (not exactly sure why but I took their advise) If I had to suggest something, it's for the waiters to bring food on a separate dish to avoid cross contamination

Last week I went here for the first time with the intention of having a gluten-free meal. I have celiac disease and absolutely cannot consume anything that contains gluten. This has far-reaching consequences for my health. An employee came to take our order. I also asked for information about which products are gluten-free. The employee responded very strangely and visibly irritated to my question. She also replied that her colleague was very busy at that time. She made me feel like I was a burden. I didn't feel comfortable. I think it is a shame that not everyone on the staff is aware of the gluten-free options you offer and that they are treated this way. For some people it is not possible to consume gluten. Eating out is almost impossible for us because there are not many things that take this into account and then you think you can eat gluten-free out the door and then you are so disappointed. I found this very customer unfriendly and unprofessional. I definitely won't be coming back here.
