I would give this place 1,000 stars if google would let me. Not only is Jarrett a great host and a lovely person, he is incredibly accommodating and his food is unbelievable. Everything on the menu, from the bagels to the pastas to the pizzas to the street cart food, the Asian and Mexican specialties, the gluten free items, literally everything is fantastic. Don't miss the big mac slices at the slice shop, the unreal chicken Cesar salad and literally every single thing that is made here. The Slice Shop is a huge bonus, the people of West Orange are truly blessed! Run, don't walk to BXJ and you'll thank me later!

It’s very difficult to find gluten-free, dairy free, soy free, & vegan items not only for breakfast but lunch and dinner. I’ve had numerous bagels that tastes horrible. This is by far the best I’ve hadThank you! I would recommend calling your order in before arriving.

I can tell you, the only "bad thing" about BXJ, is the amount of choices you have for what to order. There is something for everyone on this menu, from bagels, to full meals, gluten free options, asian dishes, mexican dishes, etc. We decided to order from BXJ as a group from Morristown, using Toast. Somehow, when we received the order, half the order was missing. i reached out to the store via the text line on their website, and within a few minutes, i was talking to someone at the store. i confirmed that the person who delivered (3rd party) failed to deliver 1 of our bags. At this time, most stores would say "oh we'll take up with (insert delivery company) here and issue you a refund", but BXJ's offered to replace everything that was missing and send it on an urgent delivery (within a half hour, from west Orange to Morristown). It shows a great respect from the owner and his employees to their customers, and you definitely feel important, or at least appreciated, for giving them your business. the food is a 10/10. the service is an 11/10.
