For the first time today, 28/03/2024, and never again. I live about 5 minutes' walk from the branch in Brno, Gallery Vaňkovka. Out of curiosity, I wanted to try a vegetarian baguette (I've been a vegetarian for 27 years, I know, my "problem" :-) ). The wife also prefers a gluten-free diet. OK, the service is willing, nothing against it, they can give advice just fine. I choose a Caprese baguette (Swiss is not available at the moment - no, you don't have to apologize in the possible answer/reaction, this is not a major problem) and gluten-free pastries. I order through the terminal, cool. The blackboard shows a preparation time of about 7 minutes. OK, no problem. After about 3 minutes (4 minutes to be good!) the product is ready. Thank you, I'm leaving. At home, I will solemnly put it on the table. The wife checks, and really, really, really hard pastries. She refuses to taste. But I'll "look" at it, I'm sorry to waste 138 CZK. And they charge 9 CZK for "wrapping" it in a paper bag ("takeaway" option). Thank you, but never again. I can get a similar (vegetarian) baguette in Prague at Florenci (bus station, in the hall) for about 88 CZK.
