We made a special effort to visit for lunch as we had stopped by previously only to find out they didn’t serve food every day of the week. BBQ is our favorite type of food, and we were excited to have a new option in the area. I ordered the brisket nachos, and my husband ordered the chicken tacos with baked beans. The tacos had good flavor but were dripping with moisture which saturated the flour tortillas. The beans had good flavor as well. The nachos were made with cheap corn tortilla chips and orange nacho cheese sauce like the kind you get at a carnival concession stand. The brisket and bbq sauce were decent but nothing special. Definitely not worth the $14.99 price. We didn’t have ice cream this time but did on a previous visit, and it was delicious. Servings are way too large maybe to justify the $6 minimum price. We appreciate that they are offering gluten and dairy free options for those of us who need that. So our advise is to go for the ice cream and skip the food. We really wanted to be fans.
