It all started when my husband and I were driving home and neither one of us wanted to cook dinner. We decided to stop by CORE and we were greeted by the incredible Bibi who offered us some samples to showcase Guyanese food. And it was amazing.
If you’re gluten free or vegan, this is a must have. If you’re not, still go. We had the chicken potato curry, chow mein with chicken, and a chickpea bake - all were delicious. And the hot sauce - wow - be sure to top everything with it, you won’t regret it.
