Baked à la carte

I have celiac disease and really struggle to find gluten free Desserts that have the same consistency of normal desserts. This is the only company that has not only been very educated on celiac disease, but the desserts are AMAZING!! 5 star rating isn’t enough.

We chose Ava to bake a wedding cake, a birthday cake, macarons, and madeleines for us. We have parties with celiac disease, so gluten free was very important. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with Ava! She helped us try flavors, think through cake structure and delivery, and helped us to design the desserts so that they were special and unique. Not to mention, the baked goods themselves were phenomenal! Everyone was raving about the treats and said the wedding cake was the best they had ever tasted. Ava's recipes are outstanding and her French varieties are unlike traditional cakes you can find in the US. Thank you Ava for making our event so wonderful!
