Bakehouse on Wentworth

Cute little bakery on Wentworth Street Blackheath, I've just realised they sell gluten free bread 🍞 and have 3 flavours - parmesan and rosemary, field loaf and fruit loaf. Love the parmesan for a delicious savoury bite 🫦 even with just butter 🧈 toasted and the fruit toast is delicious 😋 👌🏼, I get all 3 flavours. Not cut, and wrapped in plastic so you need to cut yourself and wrap. Today we tried the gf orange and almond cake - super moist and very nice, coffee was good too (vanilla lattes).... there is an undercover area outside at the front to sit or you can sit inside, it's not like a typical cafe atmosphere but it's a great place to stop and stock up on baked goods especially bread. My dogs love getting a piece of toast of their fresh gf bread when I get home. 🐕

Great little bakery in Blackheath. I'm a local and when my waistline allows, love to pick up croissants and other baked goods. Recently picked up the raspberry gluten-free cheesecake for a birthday dinner and it got rave reviews from all.
