The Sunday lunch is brilliant with good options for gluten free diners as well as gluten free desert - the gf Bakewell tart is delicious. Cosy, family feel restaurant.

Really nice place and the staff are so lovely. Can't say the same for the food though, which would be another important factor for most. Top marks for having a gluten free Sunday roast option and maybe it's pre-prepared, which might explain why it was slightly disappointing, with what seemed like frozen roast potatoes and withered vegetables. If this is the case maybe there's a way that people who can't tolerate wheat could have the same standard as gastro typicals in future ? Although, as I say, well done for having the option at all.
