I used to love coming here for lunch, but had a bad experience this morning. I went in for a coffee and pastry, but saw their gluten free products are all on the same tray as the other non gf products. I explained to them that this goes against the Food Standards Agency's guidance for handling gluten free products, and that coeliacs could get sick from the cross contamination at their bakery but the two people at the counter didn't seem bothered. I was then sitting having my coffee and got asked if I was going to leave soon because they had 6 people walk in and needed by table. I found it really rude to ask a paying customer to leave just so you can make room for others. I had only been there 10min or so, and there were lots of other spaces available.
