I thought I was safe after reading reviews and speaking in detail with the waitstaff about what foods were safe. Unfortunately my dish somehow got a random noodle on it and it was hiding under a pile of vegetables. By the time I discovered the pasta (which for the record no one at our table had ordered pasta so it is unclear where it came from) I had finished much of the dish and got glutened.
