This place is absolutely delicious!!
They use Caputo flour (from Italy - less gluten, less chemicals, etc.) so this pizza gives me zero reaction, unlike other American pizzerias that use American flour. I recently came home from Europe where I could eat all the pasta and pizza I wanted… which lead me on a search for similar food quality here in America. Enter Bambino’s 😊
Their cheese breadsticks and pizza are made with Caputo, but their focaccia isn’t, just FYI.
The staff are friendly and patient. The soft drinks are cane sugar soda (a plus!). The atmosphere is rustic and cozy.
This is going to be a regular place for me now. I’m beyond excited… I could cry! Before finding Bambino’s, it’s been DECADES since I’ve been able to eat pizza without debilitating pain. Thank you for your high standards!!
