Phenomenal Que Viet egg rolls (Gluten Free with rice paper) & they're huge!!! We were confused because the old owner's sign was up, but was assured once inside that it was the new Coon Rapids location for Bamboo Village.... a local Anoka restaurant with a solid reputation. They're still working on their signage... no problem for us now that we know they're there because the food was fantastic. I have a ton of food sensitivities, but was very happy when they were willing to make my Beef with Rice Noodles dish with no sauce (should have seen the guy's face when I asked!). We will be regulars now for certain, even if they're gearing themselves as more for take out & delivery vs site down..
