We got a bunch of dishes to try and I think my favorite was the Greek pasta and the cacio Pepe. Both of which we got gluten free. The food was good but the pasta wasn't as fresh as advertised. I feel it was Cooked a little too al dente where some points it felt like you were just eating the pasta raw with meh flavor. I also was sad to see the mandilli isn't fully mandilli and the pastas could've used a bit more sauce.
