Bandits' Grill and Bar

This could easily be one of the most underrated places in the Salt Lake area. We have been here several times and the food is always amazing. The tri tip is so tender. Prime rib sandwich is amazing. My wife likes to get salads and this is one of her favorite places to get a great salad. The nachos are out of this world. If you have a big appetite, you won’t be disappointed by these. Fully loaded with pulled pork and all the other good stuff. We have never had to wait for a table, and the service is very friendly and accommodating. My wife has food allergies and they have always been accommodating for her. The menu was also recently revamped to include clear gluten free options. Oh, and get the coleslaw. Seriously, you won’t regret it.

This place has some unique BBQ sauce that I haven't had anywhere else. The Old West Nachos were to die for. We (wife and I_ went there for our 5th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed one bit. The service was fast, friendly and gluten knowledgeable. The BBQ sauce that they had on the table was gluten-free and the waitress knew which items on the menu I could and could not have. I ended up getting a choose your own meat plate and it was good. Way too good. I couldn't finish it or the nachos because you get quite a bit and it tastes so good that you are satisfied quickly. It did make for some really good leftovers that left all of my coworkers mouth's watering, lol. We really could have just gotten the Old West Nachos and been well fed and completely satisfied. Definitely worth a visit for a taste of their BBQ sauce. :-) They are conveniently located off the 6200 South exit from I-215 and worth the drive to have some very good BBQ!
