If you want the best poutine, go here! The fries are crisp, the cheese is actually melted and salty and any toppings are just as good. One of us got the gluten free gravy, and it was the best gluten free gravy they've ever had. It was super flavourful and the texture was smooth. The customer service was also amazing, the person working was super kind.

We went here for lunch, it is a little bit cramped when busy but not super difficult to find a seat. If you want an authentic poutine experience and either can’t make it to quebec or are missing it, this is pretty much as close as you can get in the mountains. The fries aren’t extremely crispy but they’re not soggy either, they’re just right. The gravy is thick and tasty, and the cheese curds are plentiful. As a previous review mentioned the smoked meat is closer to corned beef but I did notice some smoke flavour and it was good. Everything is made to order and gluten free gravy is available on request at no charge
