It's been a stressful week with news of a celiac diagnosis when it comes to sustinence for your body and learning what an invisible enemy gluten can be to us. The staff at this restaurant made it so incredibly easy to feel safe when ordering their delicious meals. Their menu is clear and labeled what can and cannot be made gluten free, they made follow up calls and extra accomodations to confirm the celiac choices, and they are very clear about what is able to be eaten by the celiac customer when picking up your food. I want the staff and owners to know just how big of a difference they made in our week when we really needed it. Thank you, may our community continue to support you 🤍
I had gluten free 1 color grilled beef and vermicelli with fish sauce, and their shrimp salad rolls. Divine!
