Let me start by saying that I know them very well. But finding a place that always welcomes you with a smile, always kind, is not always a given. And then you ask for lactose-free milk and they have it... ask for soy milk... oat milk... well what can I say they have to do with that. Gluten-free products. Well try it and you'll tell me I recommend it 😊

I found this bar by chance, while I was looking for gluten-free options for a weekend in Sanremo. They offer smooth focaccia, pizza, focaccia di recco, some desserts (including croissants) and first courses. The focaccia is frozen and reheated on the spot. It is still served in its packaging, so as not to have contamination problems. I very much appreciated! It is absolutely not easy to find gluten free options, especially for a quick lunch. It is located in a very central location, with outdoor tables.
