UPDATE: The manager finally reached out to make this right. I increased my rating as I really appreciate the gesture; I am also frustrated this took almost a month and a public review to resolve. I do hope the restaurant is extremely careful with food allergies and resolutions moving forward. I do sincerely appreciate them following up to amend things and am open to trying them again in the future.

Be careful if you have a gluten allergy. I got a gf pizza to go and they messed it up and gave me a regular pizza. I was extremely sick for days. I was also charged extra fees and a 20% take out tip and restaurant fees that were not relayed to me on the phone when I ordered. I called the restaurant 4 separate times to explain the situation and get a refund to no avail. (It’s been a month now and still no resolution, No refund, no apology). Also emailed the manager Joey and never heard back. Unfortunately this was my second experience here, (my first was great), but after this, I’m not sure I’d take a chance again.
