Tradition, flavor and good work at the Imperial Restaurant (Jávea) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I attended the inauguration of the commemorative plaque of the Racó del Santeret in Jávea, an emotional event that celebrated part of the local history and culture. After the event, we moved to the Imperial Restaurant, where a very well-organized catering took place for the attendees. During the catering, simple but excellent quality products were offered: Iberian ham and cured cheese, various olives, a juicy potato omelette and some irresistible delicacies from Elche that added a sweet touch to the moment. All served with agility and professionalism, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Later, we sat at the table to enjoy a complete meal that was a success. We started with a tasty capellan salad, followed by a classic and well-presented Russian salad, traditional pepper and onion cocas, and some tender squid just right. Liver was also served, a brave and well-executed choice, not often seen on many menus. An aspect that deserves to be highlighted about the Imperial Restaurant is its commitment to people with celiac disease. They take care of every detail to guarantee a safe and satisfying experience, offering gluten-free options such as special bread for celiacs, and adapting dishes whenever possible. This sensitivity towards different food needs demonstrates responsible customer service and inclusive cuisine that adds many points in its favor. We accompanied the meal with a Legaris Crianza 2021 wine, a balanced red that paired perfectly with the flavors. For dessert, the experience ended on a high note with an Oreo brownie and some delicious horchata torrijas, original and with a lot of local flavor. As a Level 8 Local Guide, I especially value when tradition, attention to detail and good raw materials are combined. The Imperial Restaurant, with its consolidated history in Jávea, demonstrates once again why it continues to be a safe bet for events and good cuisine. Highly recommended.
