Bar Reggio

As a coeliac, your whole life changes when you realise Italians actually are the best at gluten free. If it’s not safe, they’ll tell you! Luckily Bar Reggio has great gf, and I had a bosciola pasta I’m still thinking about weeks later. My gluten eating pal said mine was even better than hers, and the gf garlic pizza was also divine. Plus, it’s BYO! If I was local I’d be here fortnightly at least.

The gluten free pizza was extremely dry with chicken toppings. Pasta was ok but was very disappointed that I had to pay $1 per take away container to take the food away. I was only made aware of this extra cost after I paid and checked the receipt. It should be a compliment that people want to take your meals home. Had I had known I had to pay to take a piece of the Sahara desert with me home (the pizza) , I would have left it.
