We have wanted to visit here for quite some time and we were extremely impressed with our night at Bar Vino. The drinks were excellent- such a long wine list and so many available by the glass. The food was delicious. It was not an inexpensive night but that was partly due to so many fantastic wines to try. I had gnocci which is pictured below. The cotoletta was superb (crunchy coating, moist inside). Gluten free options available including pasta. The waiters are friendly, engaging and Italian which adds highly to the ambience. The only small unavoidable down side is on a Saturday the venue is noisy but that is due to it being fully booked and a wonderful place to eat. Perhaps the alfresco area on the side would be quieter - we were in the main dining area. The restaurant is a former lunch bar that has been converted with apartments above. Bookings recommended if you are dining in on a Saturday night as it was busy (March - still warm nights). Highly recommend Bar Vino, and if it's your birthday the sing sung in Italian is a highlight 🥂
