An update to previous…went to the Eagle Bardenay today and ordered the Reuben. It looked amazing but unfortunately tested positive for gluten with my Nima. The server was sympathetic and I believe the meat had been on the grill which, of course, is a point of cross contamination. Just a reminder to ask specifics of how they prepare even if you make a request for gluten free or for a gluten, wheat or whatever allergy you have if you’re on the super sensitive side like I am.

They have a solid selection of gluten free options and I’ve never had a meal that’s made me sick. I’ve been to their downtown Boise, Eagle, and Coeur d’Alene locations and not had any issues.
