My partner and I visited this restaurant during our trip to the area. The menu offers a variety of delicious options. What impressed us the most was their focus on organic produce and grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic-free beef (including bison, ostrich, and elk). They also have a separate fryer and area for preparing gluten-free and allergen-free dishes. Additionally, they offer keto-based options. The restaurant also boasts a good selection of local beers and drinks. I tried the bison burger with a side and it was amazing! Whenever I'm in the Stamford area, I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes.
