In addition to my partners review of this restaurant I would like to add the following. The general manager of this Bareburger location, James, replied to my partner's review with false information saying that we were "miss-informed" by his staff, meaning my partner was actually served safe food. This is completely false, proof of this is attached in the photo below. While at the restaurant after this occurred the manager came to verify that the "frizzled onions" are in fact gluten containing, contradictory to James' reply to our previous review. So, because we were served unsafe food the manager decided to compensate our meal. Shortly after leaving my partner became ill because of eating gluten-containing food as someone with Celiac disease. Instead of being apologetic, James has decided to misinform others by replying with false claims to my partners review. It is extremely harmful to mislead customers after serving them food that made them sick. We are appalled by this behavior and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially not anyone with allergies.

Thought this restaurant was safe as someone with Celiac. I had all of my items marked as gluten free, even with gluten free buns. Told the server multiple times I have Celiac, gluten allergy etc. Burger shows up and we start eating and there’s fried onions on the burger. Immediately stopped eating it and asked the servers and they said it’s not gluten free. They gave us the meal for free, but I would’ve rather had safe food that I paid for then free food that’s gonna have me sick all night and for weeks now. Extremely disappointing, if you advertise gluten free items and even gluten allergy accommodations you should be more mindful and careful when serving food. Never coming back here.
