Went to The Barley Mow for 2 days in a row. Day 1 just had Cream of mushroom soup. Day 2 had fish and chips with a side of onion rings. Wow! This place has everything. A clean cosy environment, friendly staff with knowledge of the requirements for ceoliacs, a lot of gluten free food choices on the menu and the taste of the food when it came was phenomenal. Can't wait to go again.

Great village pub with very helpful staff. Handpulled cask beers were Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker and Moorhouse's White Witch. Menu didn't proffer much choice at all for vegetarians and vegans, even the three salad choices were all animals. There were however some options if you only wanted a light snack or nibble. Gluten free catered for. Serve hot drinks too. Tidy, clean bar area and plenty of outdoor seating available.
