I walked into Barnett’s Bakery expecting the same disappointment I’ve had at every other bakery—thinking I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a pie because I’m coeliac. But to my absolute surprise, I finally found a bakery that caters to people like me! I had the gluten-free butter chicken pie, and it was absolutely amazing. The pastry was perfect, and the filling was delicious. On top of that, the service was fantastic—the guy behind the counter was super friendly and made the experience even better. If you’re gluten-free and craving a proper bakery pie, this is the place to go!
