Barot home restaurant

Gaia and Marco were wonderful hosts whose pasta making class was a perfect activity for our vacation in Monferrato. The food is delicious whether you are gluten free or not.

An authentic culinary experience! I had the pleasure of having lunch there May 1st at the Barot Home Restaurant in Odalengo and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from all points of view. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, you immediately feel like you are at a friend's house. The structure is simple but with attention to detail and creates an intimate and pleasant environment. But the real strong points are undoubtedly the cuisine and the hospitality of the owners. The dishes are prepared with passion and very fresh, high quality ingredients and all with the certainty of being completely gluten free. The owners are exquisite people, kind and attentive to every need. Their passion for hospitality and good food shines through in every gesture and advice. I highly recommend anyone in the area to call to find out when there are seats available to try Home Restaurant Barot. It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy authentic cuisine in a familiar and relaxing atmosphere. I can't wait to go back!

Gaia and Marco are a couple who open the doors of their home and heart to you. They put 100% into making you live the Barot experience! We spent May 1st with them with the special menu based on pulled pork: super! I woke up in the morning wanting to eat another one!! The home-made bread was also delicious, obviously gluten free!!! We can't wait to go back and try something else! Super recommended
