I had an amazing experience here. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They made us feel incredible! I went with my friends and family to celebrate my Master's graduation. When we arrived, the floor manager, Joanna, immediately noticed that we were celebrating and offered us the most amazing sparkling wine (excellent start). I commented that I was celiac, and the waitresses (Carolina, Wanuce and Jennifer) immediately told me which of the dishes were gluten free and which to avoid, and made some recommendations. They were super welcoming with us and made us feel at home. The chef, Ignacio, was extraordinary as well, and even went to see how we were going and suggested some entrance to share. The wine selection is also very good, all Spanish. The food: amazing. My favorite was the cured monkfish, the green peppers (I don't remember the actual name) and the almonds. The tortilla chistorra was also very nice, different of what I had tried before.
The fact that you are sitting in a common table was also a great experience. I ended up talking with the couple that was siting next to me and we even shared plates! I was skeptical at first, but all resulted amazing. I think that the only "cons" are that you have to leave after 1:30 hrs, because they are other reservations waiting. It seems like a long time, but I had so much fun that I didn't even realise that we needed to leave.
