Searched for gluten free restaurant, Barrafina came up, menu looked lovely but for our GF friend unfortunately there was very limited choice, so we decided not to dine there. However, the staff member we dealt with was very helpful going through the GF menu choices available. Part of the problem is if you are coeliac, it excluded approximately 75% of the menu due to possible gluten contamination rather than gluten content.

The food at Barrafina is excellent. I'm still thinking about it weeks later - even the gem lettuce salad. What was particularly impressive was how readily they took the menu and highlighted the gluten free options for one of our friends.
Everything we ate was great and beautifully presented right in front of us as the bar is the table and it looks directly into the kitchen.
There are only two normal tables. This venue would not be great for groups and we had three along the bar and that is probably the max you could go and enjoy yourselves. Would definitely go again.
