Barrier Beets

Came in for the first time with my service animal today. Thank you for being so kind and understanding! The staff is very sweet and friendly, immediately felt welcomed and like I was part of the neighborhood! The food was spectacular. I’m gluten free so it was nice to see a plethora of options for someone like me. I did the Amalfi toast on gf with salmon. Highly recommend! Very fresh and nourishing. Can’t wait to try more food here when I work in the area!

This place is really special. Health wise it is a gem, both in Long Beach and on the Boardwalk! Truly an amazing atmosphere, with window seating looking out on the ocean, reggae music playing and the interior is so peaceful, beautiful and welcoming. I found my whole experience eating here incredibly nourishing and joyful. The food is delicious and I ordered the double protein option which was more than enough food, I had leftovers! My only feedback would be that I would love a larger portion of grain or starch in the salad, a nice helping of quinoa or sweet potato instead of it being more of an add on/garnish. And a fruit free juice option please! But a clean living, 100% gluten free, build your own bowl place on the boardwalk?! 100 stars!!! Thank you, thank you for making this place happen!
