Barrio Tacos Willoughby

Have gone here and have had terrible service. Staff is rude and uneducated about allergies and gluten allergy/celiacs. If you are allergic to gluten and need to eat gluten-free do not eat at this location. Food has been served to me ice cold at one point and I have been given a wheat flour tortilla after specifying allergy and ordering a corn tortilla . But I have had lovely service from cleveland and many other barrio locations on multiple different occasions.

Ordered a vegan gluten free taco specified allergy. Was given a steak taco with a wheat soft shell. if you experience receiving raw food, allergic reaction, or given specific instructed allergen food mishap from this establishment you should report them. The manager was also laughing on the phone finding allergies funny is disgusting behavior. Call was recorded she was laughing and found the mistake funny.
