Barro's Pizza

I was hesitant to try Barro's as I have had too many disappointing pizzas outside of the Northeast and even more so since being gluten free due to celiacs disease. However, I can honestly say they have one of the best gluten free pizzas in arizona, crust wise. The gluten free thick crust is very nice and actually feels like a real pizza and not cardboard. I also highly enjoy their white pizza as well. Although, this is now my go-to spot for pizza and I am very happy that I am able to enjoy a great gluten free pizza, I will say every time I order via the app/online the time estimates are way off. It has been consistent, where i will walk in and they will say "it'll be 10-15 minutes longer, were about to put it in." But when I order via phone, this never happens.

Barros is solid but a little pricey for what you get. The gluten free thick crust is much better than the GF thin option. The vegan cheese is also decent for a cheese substitute. My boyfriend loves Barros.
