Barro's Pizza

If I could give the location on 25th avenue and Thunderbird zero stars I really would. The website advertises that you guys have French bread pizza. We were informed that you do not and I placed an order for garlic bread with cheese and asked for a side marinara sauce that I did not receive. Even after my husband asked him to double-check and he lied and said that he already checked and that it was in the bag. The garlic bread was given to me cold. I also purchased a dozen wings because on your website it says that you have orders of six and I was informed that you do not and So I purchased an order of 12 but the wings were given to me cold. My husband ordered a gluten-free barbecue pizza and it was also cold. I called to complain the girl said she was going to get the manager and I got hung up on. Worst service and food. Will not return.

UPDATED: Got a gluten free pizza yesterday afternoon that had a hair in it. Also the place is just filthy. I've previously noticed how dirty the lobby are floor is. It's always has crumbs and debris. At first I thought it was just a busy location, but the floor needs a good scrubbing and staff to sweep it up during a shift. Think about it. If the part they show to the public is that dirty, just imagine what 's going on behind the scenes. Really gross. UPDATE: A person from corporate did call me and was apologetic. He stated they had ongoing issues with the flooring and are doing a renovation to address the issue. Apparently the floor just looks dirty even when clean. He was concerned about the issue and provided me a gift card to use for the future. Good customer service from Corporate.
