Barro Restaurante

From the moment you walk through the door, Barro becomes a magical place. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the details are carefully considered. The service is exquisite from everyone: Carlos, Rodri, and Cristina. You can tell they're passionate about what they do and they convey it very well. The way they present each dish and the story behind it is truly spectacular. Each dish is delicious, original, and full of flavor. You enjoy every bite. They even adapted the menu to make it gluten-free! For us, it's one of the best places we've tried, better than any Michelin-starred restaurant in Madrid. In fact, I'm sure they'll get a star very soon, and I wish them well because they deserve it for all the care they put into it and the good work they do. The prices are high (we had the tasting menu with a short wine pairing), but it's worth every euro, and I'm sure I'll be back. Thanks to the whole team, and keep it up because you'll go far.
