I can not rave enough about this place for individuals who have celiac or a gluten allergy. I was impressed right off the bat when who I thought was the hostess greeting us was actually the manager (Valentina). She answered all my gluten free questions regarding the food, preparation, and cross contamination. She walked us through the menu and then even double checked to make sure the sangria was gluten free. She was our personal waitress for the night and what a blessing she was. I felt so comfortable eating there that I would highly recommend it. Almost their entire menu is gluten free minus the kids menu and the desserts. The executive chef Luis even came over to introduce himself and talk to me about the food and food prep. Everyone was patient and nice. Food tasted fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for such a positive experience.
