A paradise for celiacs!!! Everything is perfect and safe. Incredible potatoes, a delicious selection of fresh salads, crispy meat, and the sauces are also gluten-free. I've traveled gluten-free all over the world, and I can confirm that this dish is worth the trip to Laplaine!!!
