I read so many good reviews of this place so I decided to try it out. Was disappointed. Food was ok but I've had way better in the city. I wanted to have the Cuban sandwich but with the plantains because I have a gluten allergy and every other place I've been to has made the substition without issues. When I asked for this the guy straight up said can't do that. With an attitude. Then a few minutes later explained they were short staffed and he would ask the kitchen. I said never mind I'll just have the jibarito. I can understand being short staffed but I wasn't asking for anything super out there and his attitude when I asked about it just really threw me off. It's not my fault they're short staffed. The food was okay but I'm not sure what everyone is having about. The service just didn't seem that great.

Amazing staff, service, food AND they were able to accommodate to make Gluten Free! Great personal touch, downtown location and incredible food.
