Beach House Bar & Grill North Lakes

Food was pretty yummy however quite expensive, asked for gluten free pasta but got served normal pasta- lucky I spotted it before I ate it, staff were friendly

I have visited three times in the last few months with my friends and always have a terrible experience. All three times we’ve been served by the blonde waitress lady (possibly manager and worked Friday 1pm on 16th June 2023) with the rude attitude. She stands out amongst the other staff as everyone else is always warm and friendly. I am myself gluten free/ celiac and don’t come to Beach House by choice, I’d rather go somewhere else that has options for me but my friends can choose from a lot of your options. I asked the blonde lady a few months ago about what options may suite me and I was met with disgust and annoyance. My friend ordered a chilli margarita and when she brought the drink over we asked if it was the “spiced Margherita” and she rolled her eyes and spurted back with “the CHILLI margarita!”, we were all shocked and she stormed off. To add more on top we asked for an extra jug of water for the table (15+ people and she only offered us 1) and rather than saying yes, her response was “Next time don’t bring food from outside the venue” and we told her “there won’t be a next time for any of us”. This review is the last chance out of the 4 that myself or my friends will give Beach House North Lakes as it’s repeated conflict with this blond lady. Please provide some training so she can learn to be a decent human being or offer her another industry to work in that doesn’t involve people skills…
