The once delicious, elevated quality of many dishes have been downgraded for reasons unknown. Shrimp and grits used to be award winning and now with a strange French twist ranks among the worst. Nearly raw sliced okra with indigestible husk - really? Do people really care that much about gluten free to pay more and sacrifice flavor profile or their palates? This is not a one off as I have dined multiple times and remember when it used to be "wow". The recently added 3% fee for paying with a debit/credit card is enough for me to finally call it. This fee is not upfront or conspicuously posted with a sign or clearly visible on the menu. In my opinion this is unscrupulous and a great way to run off customers, me being one of them.

Shrimp and grits were delicious. Excellent selection of gluten-free meals but no GF desserts offered. A little noisy. Booths might be quieter. Make reservations!
