Had gluten free eggs bene; the hash brown was the most delicious I have ever eaten. Crisp on the outside & fluffy inside. Very generous size portions too. The coffee wasn't hot enough for our liking but otherwise fantastic breakfast. Busy cafe; obviously popular.

Excellent coffee. It took a while to arrive and we had finished our breakfast by the time it arrived but it was worth waiting for, for sure. Nice gluten free breakfast.

We had an outstanding experience at the Beach House Cafe! So much so that I had to write my first review ever! The food was incredible. I had the soul bowl with lamb (beets, avocado, quinoa, greens, toasted seeds, beet hummus and lamb) and my husband the lamb burger. They also have gf, vegan and raw desserts! They were very accommodating to my dietary needs, gluten free and dairy free and were very friendly and understanding. I’m often met with frustration at my dietary needs and they were so friendly! Thank you! Wasn’t expecting to have one of our favorite meals in New Zealand in Kaikoura, but we sure did. Healthy, delicious, great outside seating area and incredible service. Thanks for making delicious food and being so kind!
