We visited restaurant Noderstraun last week. There were two of us, one of whom had a gluten allergy. The staff responded very positively to this. The staff was well informed about allergens anyway, and they were well attuned to each other.
The view from the restaurant was also beautiful. If you have a table by the window, you can even see the sea!
The food was also delicious. We had the nachos (1x gluten-free), and here too they thought along about how they could best make this gluten-free.
The interior was beautifully decorated, with beautiful details.
